What an adventure! Umesh and I kicked off this 48-hour Surat street food challenge by catching an early morning train from Mumbai on a rainy day, setting the perfect mood for our foodie expedition! ☔

The journey itself was an experience—veg cutlets in the train, breathtaking monsoon views, and the excitement of reaching Surat, the foodie’s paradise!

As soon as we arrived, the feast began with Locho—not just any Locho, but Garlic Locho, Butter Locho, and more! The flavors were mind-blowing! Then, for all my egg lovers, we headed to Bhai Bhai Omelette, where I tried insane dishes like Australian Egg Fry & Lahori Egg Masala —trust me, I’ve never had anything like it before! 🥚

After stuffing ourselves with delicious street food, I headed to my motivational event, and oh man, the energy of Surat is just electrifying!
The love, the enthusiasm—I felt it all. Thank you, Surat!

But wait, the food trail didn’t stop! Post-event, we dived into Jalaram Khichdi —imagine multiple varieties of this comforting dish, paired with Bajra Roti, Sev Bhaji, and smoky Baingan Bharta. Soul food, my friends! 😍

Day 2 was no less exciting— Khausa, a Burmese dish with a Surti twist, was a unique experience. And, of course, no trip to Gujarat is complete without Fafda & Chai! ☕🍵

What an amazing 48 hours in Surat—unforgettable food, fantastic people, and incredible memories! Thank you to everyone who made this journey special.❤️ Until next time, keep smiling & keep eating! 😃🍛
