AstroAF - Introducing The WandererBox Plus V3 | Switchable Power, Data, And Dew Heater Control

In this video: I introduce the Wanderer Astro WandererBox Plus V3 multifunctional power distributor + USB3.1 controller. This is a super nice looking and feeling piece of beautifully machined hardware. The ‪@wandererastro5003‬ WandererBox Plus V3 provides multiple power points, including both always on and switched, regulated power. It has a USB hub, consisting of 2 USB 3.1 and 3 USB 2.0 ports that provide both data transfer and 5V, 5A USB power. The power input can receive 12V into a DC 5.5*2.5mm jack with 10A maximum. The 12V power distribution points include an always On 12V output with a 10A maximum. It has a 0 - 13.2V adjustable regulated output which can be switched on/off. There is a 12V PWM/Switch\Output which can be switched on/off and has a 3A max. There are 3 additional 12V, 8A max, switched outputs that can be switched on/off together. The USB ports include 2 x USB3.1 and 3 x USB2.0 ports providing both data and power which can be switched on/off together. The WandererBox Plus V3 includes an environmental sensor and a thermal sensor, and is available with an included mounting shoe.
My first impressions are super positive and I'm excited to get to work mounting the WandererBox Plus V3 on my scope! I'm particularly interested in the dew heater control, which also allows for 3 different modes of operation, including dewpoint temperature difference control, constant temperature control, and manual control.
