Proud husband here 🥰❤️😍 Today is our 18 year dating anniversary - hard to believe!

I can't say how incredible Emmy really is. Over the past 8 years of full-time travel, I've gotten to spend almost every minute with her. So we've seen each others ups and downs and I am still just as blown away by how incredible she is as when we started dating 18 years ago.

❤️ First, there isn't anything Emmy can't do. Which is a dangerous combination because I tend to be a dreamer (with no real plan to actually do what I am talking about.) But the next thing I know Emmy has a whole document with detailed plans on how we can actually make our dream a reality! (This is kind of how we decided to travel to every country! 🤣)

🧡 She's also a genius. Idk anyone else who graduated from their undergrad in 2.5 years and their MBA degree in just 1 year. If theirs a goal, she'll figure out how to do it.

💚 Emmy is the most unassuming adventurous girl I know. When I started dating her, she was scared of going outside in the dark. And now she's been skydiving, bungee jumping, paragliding, advanced scuba, bull sharks, self safaris, over landed through West Africa, and traveled to 197 countries (and plenty of that was in the dark btw 🤣) I never stop being amazed by her!

💙 But the thing that I love most about her is her love for God and others. I may be biased, but she's the most selfless person I know. She's always looking for ways to encourage others and live out the love of Jesus. Our faith is the most important part of our life. And our favorite thing about traveling is to learn about other people's beliefs and culture. We never want to be preachy, but take the opportunity to learn and love. And Emmy does this every day of our travels.

I'm so in love with this girl. She's the best wife - and now, also the best mom to our baby girl. ❤️ I don't know what I did to deserve her but I know I'm the luckiest guy in the world. Love you so much Emmy!
