You get 6 identical sheets with eight differently styled labels on each and your choice of a color chalk marker. The chalk marker basically looks like a highlighter but leaves behind a powdery chalk residue when it dries. Each label is matte black so the chalk will stick to it. When writing with the marker, I find that sometimes the letters come out "thin" so I like to go over the letters a couple times before it dries to get more chalk to adhere. Note that the "ink" looks dark going on but dries much brighter. The chalk can be erased with a damp towel (or finger) and the labels can be written on again and again. You can even just use a regular chalk stick on them. These labels are a fun, versatile and decorative way to label your items semi-permanently.
