If you're in Desaru for a beach vacation, you might be wondering whether to stay at the Westin or the Hard Rock. Well, we stayed at both hotels, so we're happy to share that either is a good choice, and it depends on how you intend to spend most of your time - at Desaru Beach itself or at the Adventure Waterpark. And if you don't mind a tiny bit of walking, then it almost doesn't matter; the one that fits your budget is probably going to be your best choice.
