Incomplete construction, sudden cuts & lack of traffic sense might have caused Jaipur highway accident. The LPG tanker blast incident has killed 14 people till now, over 30 are still critical. Experts have called for a comprehensive statewide road safety action plan following this. Cheriyan said physical measures should have been in place to prevent big tankers from making U-Turns on highway. He added that road safety sense among people needs to be improved through interventions
