::Far From Home:: [Anime/Disney Crossover]

Story: Nani is watching over her sister as she asks for an angel but she instead thinks of her current ex boyfriend, Makoto, who was like an angel to her.

The next day as Makoto is coming home from school, he stops when he sees Nani and calls out to her. She was coming home from looking for a job. He starts to apologize but leads off with a swim meet. Before he can express himself to her in front of his best friend, his little brother and sister interrupt him. She waits but Haru makes a comment on how the twins have perfect timing. They laugh it off and ask Nani if she is going to visit, unaware of the breakup. She tells the twins that maybe some other time and she is busy. This surprises Makoto and the twins with how cold she has become.

After traveling to where the meet is to take place, Makoto is confronted by Rin. Rin states that he saw Nani with the surfer boy, David and this surprises Makoto as he didn't know that Nani had moved on and it breaks his heart a little. The thought of her with someone else takes it's toll on Makoto during his race as he can't concentrate and doesn't make the preliminary cut to advance. He tearfully accepts his defeat in the pool and with Nani.

He recalls the day they broke up and how it was his fault because he wasn't sure that he loved her. Nani didn't want to break up but Makoto wouldn't budge on the topic causing Nani to break down. As Makoto reflects, he finds himself at the same beach that Nani and Lilo are. The two are having a moment when Makoto decides that this is his moment to make things right. He goes to Nani and he admits he made a mistake to leave her. Nani doesn't want to admit that she is weak for still loving him and tries to remain strong. Makoto doesn't want to lose Nani forever and he vows to never make her cry again. Then.... CLIFFHANGER!
