Please go to www.focusbug.com, sign in, and create your Account. Please enter your UBS-100 Base Sensor and HSU-100 Handset serial numbers so we can help you in the event you require assistance, From your account, you can access the Firmware and Keycode Generator pages where you can download the PRG-100 Programmer software for MAC and firmware files for the Base and Handset.

When you are ready to update please your firmware please ensure that have successfully downloaded the Programmer Software and Firmware files and have the following components:

1. PRG-100 Programmer
2. UBS-100 Base Sensor
3. Power Supply for Base
4. HSU-100 Handset
