The PS4 gained several new features via the 1.70 system update which was released on the 30th of April. The video shows of these features.

Some of the features include:
the ability to export videos and screen captures onto a USB drive
HD-quality streaming
Dimming the light bar of the DualShock 4
Ability list trophies via rarity
Swapping users without having to log out
New methods to use the keypad
Lots more

The system also has a few features that are not immediately obvious and are sort of hidden int he UI like joining into a friends game session and looking at the update's made to games via patches. All of these are shown and explainedi in the video.
