WE STAYED ON A FARM IN VERMONT | travel vlog

We took a trip in a tiny little twin Cesna out to stay at the Fat Sheep Farm & Cabins in Windsor, Vermont and I couldn't imagine a better place to see the leaves change color and take some time away from the busyness of normal life. The property has 5 cabins that all have breathtaking views of the mountains and trees in the distance. The farm also allows you to watch and partake in the normal farm chores with sheep, goats, and horses. We helped milk the sheep and walk the goats, which was a fun activity and learn a bit about living on a farm.

We took the time to visit the town of Woodstock, VT, which is a cute town with shopping and restaurants. After grabbing a small breakfast there, we went out and hiked Mt. Tom. The hike was a little challenging with a lot of elevation change, but the view at the end was breathtaking and worth the workout. Finally, we ended our day checking out the VINS Nature Center that has some impressive birds and owls as well as a forest canopy walk with some awesome lookouts!

After getting home, we spent some time just looking into the sky at night, the amount of stars visible were incredible and something we don't get to see in the city.
