Climbing in The New River Gorge, Confirmation 5.13b/8a

One of the best sport climbing routes in the New River Gorge, West Virginia, Confirmation, formerly The Racist, has a reputation for being tough for the grade. With long moves, thin holds and high feet, this climb goes down as an area classic. Confirmation is located at Snake Buttress on The Endless Wall in The NRG, West Virginia. This unique section of sandstone stands out amongst the rest for its stark white color contrasting the surrounding orange toned rock.
