I Found a Random Dog on the Street and Gave it a Makeover

This might've been the craziest thing I've ever done-- I found a completely random dog on the street and gave it a FREE makeover! And boy did she need it. Harlow the Shih Tzu mix was matted, had fleas, and was sooo uncomfortable. Watch me give this sweet pup an extreme makeover, get rid of those mats and fleas, and send her home feeling brand new!
