In this video we test the Shark IZ662H Cordless Vertex Pro for raw power (CFM and suction), long term suction (flour clog test), surface level pickup (on carpet and hard floors), deep cleaning, battery life, debris containment (fog test), hair tangling, and ease of use (weight, handling, control, and dust bin size).

The Vertex Pro does well in a lot of tested categories, but it failed our flour clog test, which indicates that it will lose suction quickly as it picks up fine debris and it will require a lot of filter maintenance. For these reasons, it's generally not recommended. If you're looking to buy a Shark cordless vacuum, we recommend its predecessor, the standard Vertex (not the Pro version) instead.
