This 50 minute intermediate power yoga flow is full of twists, helping to restore your spine’s natural motion, stimulate circulation and cleanse your whole system. Twists help us release and let go - I invite you to let go of the thoughts and fears holding you back and release anything that is a acting as a barrier to your life.

This class moves through a long sequence that will challenge you, strengthen you and leave you feeling powerful and free.

Please keep checking in throughout the flow - if your form is feeling compromised please lessen the intensity and never work through pain. You know your body best, please listen to it :)
