This video covers the fight against the Mad Donkey, and exploring Krat City Hall prior to the Scrapped Watchman boss.

Side Note: Mad Donkey is a surprisingly... annoying fight. There's some very fast combos that can make attacking the boss surprisingly RNG heavy if you want to avoid damage. It can also be very hard to tell when the boss is finished attacking.
