Today we are using sliders to target the entire body and really focusing on muscular control! I use sliders all the time to help my clients make the mind muscle connection to specific muscles they should be using when performing exercises. I used a set of hand towels, you can also use paper plates, socks, pan holders, plastic lids, furniture sliders, or anything that will slide for you on your floor! Really focus on controlling the muscles we use today and I promise this is a workout you will not forget! Take it on vacation with you and challenge your friends and family members to do it as well!
