酸菜 ½ 個 | Pickled Cabbage 300g
椰菜 |Cabbage 100g
蔥花 |Spring Onion 少許 some
薑 |Ginger 4 片 slices
蒜頭| Garlic 1 瓣 clove
紹興酒 /料理酒 | Cooking Wine 2 tbsp
雞粉 | Chicken powder 1 – 2 tbsp (Optional)
海鹽 |Sea Salt 1-2 tsp
白胡椒粉 | White Pepper 少許 handful
