Rude-α is a rapper who hails from Okinawa, Japan. At the age of 18 he released the song "Co Co ga Okinawa," whose video received 2 million views and quickly pushed him to fame. Since 2016 Rude-α has been based in Tokyo, and has been performing with a live band. His much anticipated EP "20" has been released on Feb. 7, 2018, welcoming beat makers such as baufuzz and Ba Da, as well as singer-songwriter Michael Kaneko, as its producers.
