Dozens still missing in North Carolina nearly 3 weeks after Helene, officials say

Search crews are still digging through layers of mud and debris nearly three weeks after Hurricane Helene struck the southeast. Officials say dozens of people are still missing in the wake of the storm. CBS News correspondent Janet Shamlian has more.
