Honest Career Advice for Engineers

Engineering can be a tough career and I have learned a lot in my 15 years and this is my honest Career Advice for Young Engineers. This would also be appropriate career advice for any engineer thinking about where their career is going.

This is not just career advice for structural engineers, as that is where my experience is, but for any engineer. At times I find I have questioned is structural engineering a good career? and the career advice has been taken from the many ups and downs I have had in my career as a structural engineer.
