DK Engineering Uses Vixen's Aquablast 915

Vixen’s managing director, Aidan Mallon recently had the pleasure of visiting DK Engineering to see their outstanding premises and how they utilise our Aquablast 915 machine.

Vixen received a full tour of DK Engineering’s premises from the showrooms with an impressive selection of Ferrari models, to their workshops where a range of turn-key restorations happen.

Rob Searle from DK Engineering said: “The Aquablast gives a nice finish so we can either paint onto or use clear lacquer.”

“We use the machine for restoring headlamp bowls, front and rear suspensions – anything that is going to have a paint base or plated base."

“The good thing about the Aquablast is that we can use it in a dust-free environment. Everything is all contained. Being water-based means it doesn’t all spread into the atmosphere, it keeps everything nice, clean and tidy.”
