In this video I will show you how to adjust and check your motorcycle chain slack on a 2007 Yamaha FZ6. This process is similar to many motorcycles but some manufactures want you to check by bike while both wheels are on the ground some not. On this FZ6 you want the rear wheel in the air as per the factory service manual.

Axel torque = 87 ft-lbs
Chain slack spec = 1.77"-2.17" or 45mm - 55mm
