Full Body Kettlebell mobility workout that you need to do if you want to increase your range of motion and improve your exercise form. 15 Min Kettlebell routine using the kettlebell to increase your depth when performing exercises, using the weight to get us deeper into the movement. These kettlebell exercises can be used as both strengthening exercises as well as flexibility exercises and therefore improve your mobility. Having full range on motion at the joints is vital when exercising. Some studies suggest that full ROM is necessary to maximise the results of an exercise. I recommend including mobility training in your routine at least 2 x a week.💪🏼

➡️ Workout Description: 60 Seconds on each exercise / 15 seconds off

🏋🏼 I am using a 6kgs kettlebell for reference, the weight is a tool to get deeper into the exercise increasing range of motion.
