How to disable a Tacoma TPMS Dash Light

Описание к видео How to disable a Tacoma TPMS Dash Light

In this video I show you the two ways to turn off a Generation 2 (2005 - 2015) Toyota Tacoma Tire Pressure Monitor System (TPMS) dash light. This is a simple "hack" that anyone can do.
Depending on your TPMS Controller there are TWO possible ways to turn off the light.
1.) Grounding the Blue wire or 2.) Applying 12V Blue wire.

After 7 years of ownership my TPMS never really functioned correctly. The light would randomly go on and off. After resetting it, the light would stay off for a couple weeks then come back on even when all 5 tires had sufficient and matching air pressure. Over the last several years, I just ignored the light up until now. Realistically, if these actually gave me proper tire pressure readings, I would install new TPMS units.
