Dinosaur Digging In Montana (Montana's Best Episode 1)

The Montana's Best crew ventured to the eastern part of the state for our first episode. Glendive, Montana is one of the top places to go dinosaur digging in the United States. It is not uncommon for locals or visitors to be walking in nature and stumble across some form of fossil.

Come with our host Julie Mac as she meets up with local "dino" guide Shana Baisch. She and her team conduct paleontological days trips on a privately owned ranch within a few miles of Glendive, MT and Makoshika State Park. These educational fossil hunting trips allow visitors to get a little dirt under their nails, learn how to excavate a fossil, and to trek through landscape that is full of earth's history.
