This is the dream build. After months of sourcing the perfect components, I’ve finally put together my ultimate road bike: a full custom Scott Addict RC Ultimate. Lightweight, fast, and built with performance in mind — this machine is everything I’ve ever wanted in a race bike.

In this video, I show the full build process from frame to finish, and break down the components that make this setup something seriously special.

• Cockpit: Syncros Creston iC SL R1 (380mm/110mm)
• Groupset: SRAM Force AXS E1 (50/37 chainrings, 165mm cranks, 10–33 cassette)
• Wheels: Zipp 404 Firecrest Carbon
• Tyres: Pirelli P-Zero Race TLR SL 32mm
• Saddle: Fizik Argo Adaptive Vento R1
• Pedals: Time XPro 12
