Redoing an EPC to gauge Accuracy D61 to D57 Target C69+

🏠 Just gave my clients recent acquisition an Energy Performance Certificate EPC. 🔄 The previous assessment scored a D61, but after a closer look, I found the culprit – incorrect info on wall and loft insulation. 🧱🏠 My more accurate assessment reduced the score to D57.
