NEWRAY QUALITY CONTROL SYSTEM:
1. Two technicians checks the bottles when cold spray. If found any lot-size problem here for one mold, the later QC system will kick out all the bottles by mold number.
2. One QC people checks 5 pcs of each mold number every one hour randomly.
3. The full auto camera takes photo for each bottle and QC machine will kick out the defects in the body and bottom.
4. Mouth checking auto QC machine will check every bottle's inner diamter, blow air into the bottle to check the flatness and airtightness, reject the defects automaticlly too.
5. Light inspection one worker, 3 shifts in 24 hours.
6. During the packaging on the pallet pad, the package worker need to check the bottles randomly at least 5 pcs randomly.
7. After package, the general inspection person will check goods randomly, if found any problem, the goods will be send to pending area and recheck the bottles.
