Out of the seasons to highlight Austrian sniper Thomas Vanek, I decided to do his 2nd best season in 2008-09. He hit another 40 goal season in his first 4 years of his career. Sadly, this would be the last season where he'd get 40 or more. His stats were 40 goals, 24 assists and 64 points which tied last years point total.
He would also get 17 minutes TOI for the first time in his career. His 40 goals were tied for 5th in the league. He topped it off by having a 19 shooting percentage which is his career high. Here is the compilation of all 40 goals in HD. Enjoy!
