Have you ever tried mie karet? It's pretty popular in my neighbourhood. Usually people eats them for breakfast. The texture is chewy, a lil bit thicker than normal noodles, and not too soft. I like to eat my noodles with some chilis and chili sauce. How usually you eat you noodles?
