Thai Basil Tofu Stir Fry • Vegetarian Pad Krapow • Nin is Cooking

A new episode in my Pad Krapow Series: vegetarian Pad Krapow. Today I will show you how to make a spicy Thai basil tofu stir fry. Most of the time when you order Pad Kra Pao in Thailand streets, you will have the choice between pork or chicken versions, but not very often can you order a vegetarian Pad Kra Pao.

That's why I had to add this Pad Krapow tofu to my series, like that everyone can enjoy this delicious Thai dish, and I have to say that stir fry basil tofu actually is delicious too, no need to be vegetarian to enjoy this spicy Thai basil stir fry! Oh, and by the way, this vegetarian Thai basil recipe doesn't have oyster sauce or else, so it actually also is a Thai basil tofu vegan!

INGREDIENTS
● 1 cup White hard tofu
● 1 cup Thai holy basil leaves
● ½ cup yard long beans, cut into 2 cm pieces
● 4 Tbsp cooking oil
● 1 Tbsp water
The paste
● 5 red chilies
● 6 green chilies
● 4 Dried red chilies
● 4 Garlic, peeled
● 5 Thai holy basil flowers
● 1 tsp Coriander seeds
Sauce
● ½ tsp Ground white pepper
● 1 Tbsp Corn starch
● 2 Tbsp Soy sauce
● 1 Tbsp Sugar
● 2 Tbsp Water
