Job Title: Quality Assurance (QA) Officer /Analytical Chemist.
Location: Raipur
Department: Quality Assurance
Reports To: Plant Head
Job Summary: Company is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Officer to join their Homeopathic Medicine Manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all homeopathic medicines meet regulatory requirements, quality standards, and safety guidelines throughout the manufacturing process. They will work closely with the production team to monitor the quality of products, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Quality Control & Testing:
o Perform routine checks and testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished homeopathic products.
o Conduct stability studies and ensure the compliance of homeopathic medicines with pharmacopoeia standards and other applicable regulatory requirements.
o Verify that all equipment and instruments are calibrated and properly maintained.
• Documentation & Compliance:
o Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and other relevant regulatory standards such as FDA, AYUSH, or any other local homeopathic regulations.
o Maintain accurate records of all quality control activities, including batch release and testing data.
o Review and approve batch production and control records to ensure compliance with the established standards.
o Ensure documentation related to product recalls, batch failures, and deviations is accurate and thorough.
• Problem-Solving & Corrective Action:
o Identify quality issues, document deviations, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve issues and improve manufacturing processes.
o Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance reports to determine root causes and initiate corrective actions.
• Training & Collaboration:
o Train production and manufacturing staff on quality standards and GMP protocols.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, R&D, and regulatory affairs, to ensure the smooth running of the manufacturing process.
• Internal Audits & Inspections:
o Participate in internal and external audits and inspections, ensuring that all records and procedures are in compliance with relevant quality standards.
o Prepare for and support the preparation of regulatory submissions.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
• Educational Qualifications:
o Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications in quality assurance or homeopathic medicine will be a plus.
• Experience:
o Minimum 2 to3 years of experience in quality assurance within the homeopathic medicine manufacturing industry.
o Familiarity with GMP, ISO, and other regulatory frameworks relevant to homeopathic medicine.
• Salary
o Rupees 40k-50k
