While many skaters around the world (including me) are in Covid pandemic isolation, here is the first in a series of on & off skates exercises to help you maintain good fitness in the absence of normal skating.

This follow-along tutorial shows you some variations of rolling Plank and a more unusual Tricep and Abs move. After each set of exercises I'll show you how to stretch those recently used muscles, so reducing next day tightness and aches.

Only do as many as you feel able. Stop and rest anytime and continue when you feel ready. Make a note of how many reps you do and try to match that (or beat it) next time. Don't do too much too soon. Remember to keep breathing through the exercise and the stretch.
