Ryan Watkins and Brighouse and Rastrick Band - Ballet of the Star Fish - Trombone solo

Ryan Watkins, principal trombone of the Brighouse and Rastrick band, plays the trombone solo "Ballet of the Star Fish", the second movement from the suite "La Mer" by Martin Winter. Performed at Brass in Concert 2013 with Brighouse and Rastrick Band, conducted by Martin Winter.

"Echinaster sepositus wakes from an afternoon sleep, with bubbles of music all around. Still, in a dreamlike state, the graceful star lazily dances a waltz, trying to attract a mate. No mate appears, so the star retreats back to its slumber."
