Off-screen, the United States Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS, the real one 😉) works closely with its partner agencies like Australian Federal Police and Royal Australian Navy to combat a range of crime types, including transnational serious organized crime, counter-terrorism, espionage and foreign interference, and cybercrime.
