PICKLED GREEN MANGOES | Sweet Style Burong Mangga

The PICKLED GREEN MANGOES or Sweet Style Burong Mangga is a tart, crisp green mango pickles in a tangy-sweet syrup. We made a lot of these green mango pickles during the summer in the Philippines when they were in season and there was a surplus of the unripe fruit. Add these mango pickles serves as a side to main dishes.

Ingredients:
3 pcs large unripe mangoes

For Brine Solutions:
1 liter water
3 Tbsp rock salt

For Pickling Solutions:
2 cups water
3 cups washed sugar
