The IT helpdesk is a high risk for cyber-attack. in June of 2021 gaming software giant Electronic Arts (EA) was attacked by tricking IT support to gain access to the corporate network where source code from their flagship game FIFA 21 was then stolen.

In this video we take a look at common attacks to the IT service desk, the measures that can be taken to thwart these and solutions for secure user verification that reduces the opportunity for user impersonation.
