Thanks to the generous support of TD, our inaugural Programming & Logistics Intern, Malaika Lorde, has just completed her 9.5-month internship—and joined the RCM full-time!

This program was created to help emerging arts professionals from equity-deserving communities gain experience in concert programming, artist engagement, and behind-the-scenes logistics. Malaika's success is a testament to the value of this opportunity—for her, and for our organization.

We’re thrilled to welcome our next intern, Egan Yi, who joins the Performing Arts team this fall. With TD’s support, we’re working to break down barriers in the arts sector, amplify diverse voices, and build a more inclusive future for Canada’s cultural landscape.
