HOW TO USE BREAKS IN MS WORD - EXAMPLES OF WHEN TO INSERT A PAGE BREAK OR NOT WHEN CREATING YOUR FILLABLE FORM // When you have a static page of your form, it may be appropriate to insert a page break versus allowing your form to automatically expand onto subsequent pages. Text form fields can allow users to input unlimited text that can cause the template form to expand onto multiple pages of a document. TIP: To ensure the Developer tab is visible in MS Word so you can insert form fields, follow these steps:
1) Right Click on the Ribbon area and select "Customize Ribbon"
2) The Customize Ribbon and Keyboard Shortcuts window opens
3) On the right hand side under "Customize the Ribbon - Main Tab" ensure the "Developer" checkbox is selected, then click OK.
