RESEP BEEF YOSHIN*YA
500 gram beef slice shortplate
2 siung bawang putih
1 bawang bombai
3 sdm saus tiram
1 sdm kecap asin
2 sdm minyak wijen
4 sdm kecap manis
Biji wijen

Marinasi beef slice dengan semua bumbu, simpan di kulkas minimal 1 jam

RESEP SOFT COOKIES
115 g mentega tawar
120 g light brown sugar
20 g caster sugar
1 butir telur
1/2 sdt ekstrak vanili
1/2 sat garam
1/2 sdt baking soda
190 g tepung terigu serbaguna
Choco chips

Cara Membuat:
Step by step seperti di video
Panggang selama 10-15 menit di suhu 170-180 derajat
celcius (tergantung oven masing-masing)
