I Messed Up Bad

We had a day full of snow recoveries. A van up on the mountain in the morning. Then we grabbed a suburban a friend gave me for parts. Then we had a car that had slid off the road on Long Canyon, so we fueled up and headed out after them. Soon after leaving the gas station, the truck started running rough and smoking. We pulled over and began checking fluids and everything to see what had happened. After checking everything and finding nothing wrong I looked in the fuel tank and realized I had filled up the truck with diesel. We had to call Mike to bring out fresh fuel and buckets to drain the tank. Once we got that problem addressed, we continued on to get the stranded vehicle. Winched them back on the road and to the top of the hill. They went on their way and we headed home. Yes, I made a mistake and I own it completely.
