I recently tried using power-based Keda Dyes to give a raw neck a bit of an aged/ambered look. I had some people with questions about the process. Here's a second neck I did using the same process. This was my first dye session. The neck was an inexpensive blem from GuitarFetish's Blowout.

It originally had some stain or something on it. I sanded that off awhile ago. I could have spent more time on the back of the headstock, but was getting impatient and wanted to start the process.
