Hi everyone! This week I wanted to discuss the few times when I do feel the "urge" of a tic before it actually happens. As I said in this video, this does NOT always happen. Most of the time, I have absolutely no idea that I'm about to tic and sometimes I don't even realize I'm doing it depending on how I'm ticcing or what I am ticcing with. It's certainly a rollercoaster ride in every aspect. But, I get asked this question a lot so I wanted to take some time to address it and describe this indescribable feeling the best that I can.
