Welcome to my channel! This casual yet elegant table setting is perfect for outdoor entertaining. The elegant outdoor table is layered in shades of white, yellow and soft blue. It is casual in spirit and refined in every detail.
Starting with a crisp white tablecloth to set a clean canvas for the textured fringed table runner and the matching place mats. I added dark blue chargers that were from a recent thrifting haul on top of the fringed placemats. White dinner plates are always my first option when setting a dinner table. A bright yellow napkin is folded and placed between the white dinner plate the the salad plate with a chinoiserie motif. Gold flatware is added to the table for a hint of bling.
Thrifted light blue wine glasses bring a cool, calming tone to the setting. I paired them with clear water glasses for a look that feels airy and inviting.
Salt and pepper shakers are added to each place setting for a personal touch.
An iconic blue and white chinoiserie ginger jar filled with white fluffy flowers is the focal point of the centerpiece . White ginger jars with battery operated candles are added to each side. Crystal pagoda styled candle holders are placed on each side of the centerpiece. Additional candle holders with a Japanese style motif as are also placed one on each side of the table to extend the decor and add more ambience.
The calendar says it's still summer! So, whether it's a quiet evening with friends or an intimate celebration, this outdoor setting turn any moment into something special - with elegance made easy, and beauty in every layer.
