An ancient Nova Productions laserdisc quiz game, running off the same hardware as COPS and Street Viper (sans steering wheel of course).

The video here is nearly identical to the Nova/Kramer Industries game Vision Quest, which replaces the payout mechanic with a high score table. Marking this as redump as it's captured via old methods, not Domesday.
