Marketing our HVAC businesses is always top of mind this time of year. In this HVAC business video I discuss the 4 types of market targeting. The idea is to go deep before going wide. I didn't believe this the first time I heard it many years ago but as I continue to learn about marketing I believe that's the best way to go. Sometimes when you hear something for the first second or third time you still aren't ready to hear it. That's what happened to me on this subject. Finding people who are in the market and ready to receive what you have to offer will prevail as the best strategy possible.
