A Cracking Downhill mtb trail from Black Hill in The Pentland Hills. Mountain Biking Scotland.

Downhill mtb. Pentlands mtb. Stage 2 of a cross country mtb trail to the summit of Black Hill in The Pentland Hills. The mountain biking on offer within the Pentland Hills is varied with old drove trails, bridleways and wonderful single track mtb.This has always been one of my favourite mountain biking destinations and I intend to complete more cross country adventures here in the future. The red graded downhill mountain biking trail from the summit of Black Hill is awesome fun and takes you from the summit to Black Springs below at Threipmuir Reservoir. It is a challenging downhill trail with undulating fast & flowy terrain. The view on the way down is wonderful and this is 'old school' cross country mtb at it's best.
