The HEMI 7.0L Supercharged Stroker Build (also known as the 426ci Hemi Build) continues! In Episode 3a, we enter the most critical stage: Engine Assembly for this Hemi Gen 3 stroker engine destined for the Jeep Wrangler JK.

After intensive engine blueprinting and block cleaning, it’s time to install all the stroker kit components into the engine block.
What We Cover in This Episode:
• Stroker Crankshaft Installation: Reviewing the precise crankshaft journal clearance measurements before locking the crankshaft into the block.
• Piston & Ring Assembly: The process of installing piston rings and mounting forged pistons onto the connecting rods.
• Final Clearances Check: Ensuring main bearing and rod bearing clearances are within tight tolerances for a high-horsepower supercharged engine.
• Torque Specs: Demonstrating the correct torque specifications for the main caps and rod caps.

This is a huge step toward the HEMI Supercharged 7.0L engine being ready to be reinstalled into the JK Hemi Swap!
