In October 2019, Ingrid Hoffman was thrilled to discover how quickly and easily she could let go of unpleasant feelings using the Sedona Method. She learned how to facilitate the Method, and takes every opportunity to deepen her practice at the annual facilitator training course. Ingrid runs a popular YouTube channel where she offers hundreds of guided releases in the German language. She offers one-on-one coaching, and holds seminars and workshops throughout Germany and its neighboring countries. Ingrid helped translate Hale Dwoskin and Lester Levenson's book, Happiness is Free, into the German language.
