ND filters are like sun glasses so you can slow the shutter to something smoother and more cinematic
Polarizing filters limit glares and harsh light to allow matte colors to be fuller and more obvious (like trees)

We compare the two here, IDK its up to you but I can't get consistently good results from the polarizer, and nothing ground breaking. When it works it is cool, but sun/camera/lens have to be in the right spots it seems.
